Meet The Face Behind Trustiva Health

I’m Cindy Broderick, one of the proud owners of Trustiva Health. Susan Wayde is my co-owner. We look forward to sharing our story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know Susan and I better.

I first came across the home care business when I was looking for someone to care for my parents. After my father passed away and the owner of the company decided to sell, having experience with in-home care, I took the reins buying Trustiva Health in January 2014 along with my business partner, Susan Wayde.

In the eight years we have served the Detroit metro area, we have grown to have specialized training and experience in geriatrics, dementia, and other chronic conditions. Offering registered nurse care, planning, and oversight on every one of our clients to ensure their complete wellbeing. Because of our commitment to them, we have a reputation as one of the best home care agencies in the area, and the majority of our new business comes from referrals.

The part of our business that we take the most pride in is knowing we help clients remain safely in their homes long after they usually would. We firmly believe the familiar surroundings and the comforts of home are a great aid, and because of this, most of our clients are happier, more content, and recuperate better. We also offer caring, dependable, and highly skilled caregivers that make all the difference.

As a team, I believe what sets us apart from others is our honesty, integrity, reliability, and compassion for all life. 

I attribute our success to being involved and hands-on approach to management, thanks to our personal experience.

We also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, support Alzheimer’s research and contribute to the Shades of Pink charity.
